HR Executive

You will own the HR function end to end for a small, hands-on team — from posting a role and screening candidates through to onboarding, attendance, and keeping employee records straight. This is a generalist role with real ownership, not a narrow slice of a large HR department.

What you'll do

• Manage recruitment for open roles: posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Run onboarding for new joiners — documentation, induction and setting them up to be productive from week one
• Maintain attendance, leave records and employee files, and coordinate with accounts on payroll inputs
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and act as the first point of contact for HR matters
• Support office administration — vendor coordination, compliance filings and general upkeep of HR processes
• Help build out HR policy and process as the company grows, rather than just maintaining what exists

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialisation or coursework in HR/Management
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment role — candidates early in their HR career are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace and basic HR record-keeping
• Organised and discreet — you will be handling employee records and sensitive conversations
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi
