Who we are

Semsons Tech (legal name: Semsons Tech LLP) has supplied machinery, tools and equipment to the diamond and jewellery industry since 1978. Our head office is at Shop No. 12, 17, Unit No. 1, 2, 3, Semsons Plaza, Gaurav Garden Complex, Bandar Pakhadi Road, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067, India, and we also operate from Rajkot, Gujarat.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the website semsonstech.com and to enquiries you send us through it. They sit alongside our privacy policy, which explains how we handle the information you submit.

Where you go on to buy a machine from us, the commercial terms of that particular sale are set out in the quotation, proforma invoice and invoice we issue for it. Those documents govern the sale. Nothing on this website replaces them.

Using this website

You may browse this site, and download or print pages, for your own business purposes in evaluating our machines. You may not republish our specifications, photographs or written content as your own, or present our equipment as another supplier's.

Specifications and images

We publish machine specifications so they can be compared and quoted accurately. We keep them current to the best of our knowledge, but specifications, features and appearance can change as manufacturers revise their products. Figures such as output rates, capacities and power draw depend on operating conditions — material, wax quality, operator skill, ambient conditions and the settings in use — so they describe what the machine is capable of rather than a guaranteed result in every factory.

Before you place an order, please confirm the exact configuration and specification in writing with us. The specification stated in your quotation is the one that applies to your machine.

Enquiries, quotations and prices

This website does not take orders or payments online. Every machine is supplied against a written quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, and it does not reserve stock.

Any price shown or discussed is indicative until we issue a formal quotation. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, freight and insurance unless the quotation says otherwise.

A contract is formed when we accept your order in writing, or issue a proforma invoice that you confirm.

Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on the machines we supply. During the warranty period we will repair a covered defect in materials or workmanship at no charge for the repair.

Guarantee

We additionally provide a 12-month guarantee on the machines we supply. The warranty and the guarantee run alongside each other from the same start date.

The precise start date, the parts and conditions covered, and anything excluded are set out in the warranty and guarantee documentation issued with your machine and in your quotation. Please read those documents — they are the authoritative statement of cover for the machine you buy. If you need a copy, contact us and we will send it.

Consumables and normal wear items are treated separately from the machine itself. Where a machine is manufactured by a third party, any manufacturer's cover applies in addition to ours.

To make a claim, contact us on +91 98216 12340 or info@semsonstech.com with your invoice details and a description of the fault. Please contact us before arranging any third-party repair — work carried out by others without our agreement can affect cover.

Installation, training and support

Where installation, commissioning or operator training is included, it is stated in your quotation. Site preparation — power supply, earthing, air, water, ventilation and bench space to the specification we provide — is the customer's responsibility, and needs to be ready before installation.

We support the machines we sell and supply spare parts for them. Service response and spare-parts availability are handled from our Mumbai and Rajkot offices.

Delivery

Delivery timelines quoted are estimates based on the position at the time of quoting. We will tell you promptly if a timeline changes. Risk and title pass as set out in your invoice.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, photographs, diagrams and the Semsons Tech name and logo — belongs to Semsons Tech or is used with permission. Product names and trademarks of manufacturers we represent belong to their respective owners.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so for reference. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to a sale are those in force when your order is accepted.
