The X4 Pro Plus sets stones automatically so your production never stops. One station keeps working while the other is being loaded and unloaded — so there is no waiting between batches. This is what gives you 20% more production capacity than a conventional setting machine.
Everything is controlled from one touchscreen. Choose the design, load the tray, press start. There is no complicated programming and your operator does not need a technical background. Stones set by the X4 Pro Plus have better gloss and fire than stones set by hand. The reason is simple: the machine places every stone at exactly the same depth and the same angle, so light enters and reflects the same way across the whole piece. In hand setting, small differences creep in from piece to piece — especially over a long run, when the setter gets tired. The machine does not get tired.
You are not limited to one stone type per job. The X4 Pro Plus can set up to 8 different colours, 8 different sizes, or a combination of both in the same run. This means multicolour and mixed-size designs go through in a single setup instead of multiple passes.
