How much floor space does the PRO SERIES need?
The machine measures 780 × 730 × 1400 mm. It weighs Approximately 550 kg. Allow clear working space on the operator side, plus access for any support equipment — compressor, air dryer or water chiller — when planning your layout.
Does the PRO SERIES come with installation and training?
Yes. We commission the machine on your floor and train your operators on your own material and your own designs rather than a demonstration sample. Semsons Tech has served the diamond and jewellery industry since 1978, and on our setting machines the control system is self-developed, so support does not depend on a third party abroad.
What is the delivery time, and how are spare parts handled?
We do not publish delivery times, spare-parts pricing or AMC terms, because all three depend on configuration, destination and what is on the floor at the time. They are confirmed in writing on your quotation rather than estimated here. Ask for them explicitly when you enquire and you will get them in writing.
