Does the PRO SERIES come with installation and training?
Yes. We commission the machine on your floor and train your operators using your own wax, your stones and your designs rather than a demonstration sample. Semsons Tech has served the diamond and jewellery industry since 1978, and the control system on our setting machines is self-developed, so support does not depend on a third party abroad.
