Service Engineer

You will be the person a jewellery manufacturer calls when a machine needs to go from crate to production floor, or when a line stops mid-shift. You will work across our full catalogue — diamond wax setting machines, laser marking and welding systems, XRF gold analyzers, 3D printers and casting equipment — learning the mechanical, electrical and software side of each.

What you'll do

• Install and commission machines at customer sites, including calibration and first-run training for the operator
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and control-system faults on-site and, where needed, at our Mumbai workshop
• Carry out scheduled maintenance visits and keep service records for each customer machine
• Support customers over phone and WhatsApp for first-line troubleshooting before a site visit is needed
• Report recurring faults and design feedback to the technical team so they can be fixed at the source
• Travel to customer factories across Mumbai and, as needed, other cities for installations and service calls

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with industrial machinery, servo systems or electro-mechanical equipment — fresh, technically strong candidates are welcome to apply
• Comfortable reading electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings
• Willing to travel for installations and service visits
• Clear communicator — you will often be explaining a fix to a factory owner, not another engineer
