Semsons Tech (legal name: Semsons Tech LLP) supplies machinery, tools and equipment to the diamond and jewellery industry. Our head office is at Shop No. 12, 17, Unit No. 1, 2, 3, Semsons Plaza, Gaurav Garden Complex, Bandar Pakhadi Road, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067, India. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect:

Your name, email address and phone number
Optionally your company name, city and country
Details of your requirement — product interest, production need, timeline and your message
Technical information: the page you submitted from, referring website, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, your IP address and browser user agent

We collect the technical information to understand which pages generate genuine enquiries and to protect the form from automated abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide a quotation
To send you a confirmation email with your reference number
To keep a record of the enquiry so any colleague who picks it up has the full context
To prevent spam and abuse of our forms

We ask for your explicit consent before you submit the form, and we do not add you to marketing lists on the basis of an enquiry.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is stored in our own database and emailed to our sales team. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the website — our hosting provider stores the data, and our email provider transmits the messages.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you as a customer or prospective customer, and to meet our business record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Cookies

This website uses a session cookie so the enquiry form can show you an error or confirmation message after you submit it.
